GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to the sales made by the company IERTEC SMART TECHNOLOGIES SL with address at Avda Innovación, 1 - 11591 Guadalcacín (Cádiz) Spain, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Jerez de la Frontera to customers who purchase the products offered for sale through the website.
The sales made are distance sales regulated by the Spanish legislation in force on the matter.
These general conditions of sale are accessible at all times from the website and prevail over any other document with which they contradict, without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation.
The validation of the order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. In the event that these general conditions of sale are modified, they will be binding for all purchases made after their publication on the Web site.
Customer registration
In order to place an order, it is necessary that the user, previously or during the course of the order, register as a customer, for which he/she will be taken to a page to fill in all the necessary information to open an account if it is the first order, or to identify him/herself if he/she already has an account.
The information required to open an account is: first name, last name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, username, password and any other information necessary to proceed with the service and shipment.
Products
All products are new, and are presented in their original cut strip. In case of larger components, they will be shipped perfectly protected for transportation.
The pictures presented are generic, please examine the technical specifications to confirm that it is the product you want. Please review our return policy for any questions on this matter.
Prices
Prices are expressed in EUROS, taxes included, and do not include shipping costs. The prices shown may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time. Products are available for sale while stocks last. Stocks and prices are correct except for errors or omissions. The company reserves the right to rectify in both cases.
The products are served according to the rates in force on the website at the time of registration of the order.
